Symphony Limousine
The service was fine until it came to the end of the night when they didn't pick up my new wife and I from our wedding as they were contracted too.After several calls to their company late at night, no one showed up. Due to the location of our wedding venue, none of the taxi companies we called were showing up either. In the end the venue staff gave us a lift home.The next day when they obviously knew they didn't pick us up, they never contacted us or tried to apologize. The only time they even acknowledged that they screwed up was when we repeatedly contacted them by email after we got back from our honeymoon, (the next week after our wedding).They wouldn't offer any re-reimbursement for not picking up the Bride and Groom from their own wedding. The excuse was their driver fell asleep and forgot to pick us up.After many emails back and forth I finally got them to at least give us back our mandatory tip that was calculated into the price. It was a very small piece of a very large limo bill.I do not recommend this company at all, more so due to their poor customer satisfaction attempts. The fact that they didn't even apologize until we contacted them a week later was what really makes me think they don't care about customer satisfaction. They got their money and who cares about the customer....

WHO FORGETS TO PICK UP THE BRIDE AND GROOM?????????We just recently used Symphony Limousine for our wedding day. The limo was prompt and the shuttle bus was on time but when it came to the end of the night ... we were left sitting there with no ride back to our hotel. With repeated calls to the dispatch we were told I'll see if I can get a hold of the driver" and hung up on. Our wedding ended at 12:30 and by 1:45am when the driver still hadn't shown up one of the Catering staff at our venue took pity on us and drove us to our hotel at 2am."
